Rachael Cook

 Rachael Lee Cook was born October 4 in 1979. She has appeared in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999 and Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She also appears as a star in the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are her voice actors. The series was launched with the English version of Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota) and is her parents are Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, both of whom are a stand-up comedian and social worker. Cook is part Italian. Cook was able to make her public service announcement in foster care at seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model by the age 10 and appeared on national ads for Target.
